Sleepover

While Grandpa was out of town, Grandma called to see if Karli wanted to sleep over at the hotel with her!

We asked Karli if she wanted to have a sleepover with Grandma and she said "Yes, I do! I'm so excited!" We packed her suitcase and headed for the hotel.

When we got there, Ashley took it upon herself to check out the room and make sure everything was safe.

So far, so good.

So, we gave Karli hugs and kisses and left her with Grandma.

Chad and I were a little worried for Grandma, but knew Karli would have fun. We just weren't quite sure how bedtime would go. Karli is a pretty sweet-talker, especially at bedtime.

When we got home, Ashley went to sleep and then we pretty much just sat there and talked about what we thought Karli and Grandma were doing. Yes, we are pretty lame.

They watched movies, ate snacks, read stories and went to bed around 9:30. What a fun night!

The next morning, Ashley and I met them for breakfast and a swim in the pool.

We sure love a hotel stay! Thanks Grandma!!
