Our little rockstar turned 3 on May 9th, so of course, we had to celebrate...big time!
The cake was decorated...
The wreath was hung...
The balloons were full...
And the table was set.
Now, it's time to PARTY like a Rockstar!!

The kids couldn't get enough of the microphone. Too fun!
Karli got to have a spotlight moment when she sang a solo to the audience. She picked a song called "This is Me" from the movie Camp Rock. Not only did she sing, but she added some dance moves as well! Bonus! She did a fabulous job and the audience did a great job listening. Great song Karli!

Also, via Skype, Grandma Nett got to be at the party! Thanks for waking up in the middle of the night to be with us!
Uncle Robb came up with an impromptu game that involved the bouncing parachute, a bucket of cheese balls, and 14 hyper kids. Enough said. It was super fun, and cheesy!
Ashley was a little overwhelmed with the chaos...
but doesn't she just fit right in with the big kids??
Grandma and Grandpa Smith came for the big party and Karli was spoiled all weekend! Grandma Smith got to spend some time holding Ashley at the party! Unfortunately, Ashley is deep in the throws of the "I-want-my-mom-to-hold-me-because-she-is-the-coolest-person-in-the-world" phase. This too shall pass.
On May 9th, Grandma and Grandpa Smith surprised her with some new big-girl bedding! Wahoo!
She also opened lots of other gifts...
Thanks to everyone for making Karli's 3rd birthday so memorable! We sure missed our cousins and grandparents who couldn't be with us...but maybe next year?!?
